Ahmed Hernandez is the Principal of Leal Accounting & Tax with offices in Eureka and Redding. Our goal is to be your long term Accounting & Tax partner. Leal means loyal and trustworthy and our vision is to collaborate, add value and assist on your business and your individual goals. Ahmed has over 20 years of Accounting experience in a variety of industries and over 8 years as a Controller for complex medium size companies. He is also able to provide both Accounting and Tax services in English and Spanish. He believes in continuous learning and development to provide consistent and valuable insight to his Clients. He has a bachelors from UC Davis in Economics and Managerial Economics, completed the Certificate in Advanced Accounting Proficiency (CAAP) along with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Santa Clara University. He is also a CRTP certified to prepare taxes while completing his CPA licensure. Throughout his career he has worked internationally as a Controller in various countries including Mexico, Chile, China and Japan. He looks forward to working and assisting in any way all of our Clients in California and Oregon.
